  • Click on the ‘Start’ button for Microsoft Vista and Microsoft XP platform. If you are using the Vista, you need to click on ‘Control Panel’, under the ‘Hardware and Sound’ heading. Click on the ‘Printer’. If you are using the XP platform, click on the ‘Printers and Faxes’ option present in the ‘Start’ menu. 
  • Click on ‘Add a Printer’ option. Now, choose ‘Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer’. Your Laptop will start looking for the available printers. 
  • Check the wireless printer names to which you want to connect. Choose ‘Yes’ when prompted for printing the test page or ‘No’ option if you are not satisfied with the network
